A 12-foot extra heavy duty Industrial Fiberglass Tripod Ladder with a 300 lbs load capacity. This ladder features the Full Metal Boot, steel reinforced outrigger, center pulled spreader brace and heavy duty gusset bracing. It has includes a center pull spreader brace, a unique center-pull spreader brace designed for one-hand operation. Brace is plated steel for extra durability; heavy duty gusset bracing, and steel reinforced outrigger, which supports spread out the base for extra stability. The tripod ladder makes getting in to tight spaces easier. The single back leg can fit in spaces where a regular ladder doesn’t work, like corners and bathrooms, as well as over shrubbery. It also remains stable on uneven surfaces
