Louisville Ladder L305P, rated for 350 pound load capacity. Pre-assembled, contains installation kit and instructions. Adjustable spring tension and extra corner bracing keeps stairway frame square. Metal hinges riveted on both sides of rail joints limit side motion. Reinforced steps, wire rod under each step for strength. EZ-Hang strap system acts as temporary supports for quick and easy installation. Has extra-large 30" x 60" frame size for roomier attic access. Meets or exceeds requirements of American National Standards Institute. Installation kit includes EZ-hang strap system, 36" pull cord, 4 support straps, 4" x 6" plywood shim (for final squaring only), 8 - 7/8" roofing nails, door, and installation instructions.
