I have been immersed in baseball since I was five, and this is the greatest hitting tool I have ever come across. I used this when preparing for the minor leagues and years later used it as a high school coach. This is a valuable tool for all skill levels and is certain to produce one's quickest, most compact swing. It also teaches you to hit through the ball, not to the ball. Learn to extend the arms like never before. You'll want to go ahead and buy extra plastic pieces where the ball rests; they do not last terribly long although the overall device will stand up to a sledge hammer.
