This book is very practical and very helpful. Weiss's aim is to help someone improve his/her marriage by changing himself, not his spouse. This book will challenge you and guide you in ways that you can take specific actions to improve your marriage by yourself, regardless of your spouse's attitude.

Great service, the book in review is a fantastic tool in establishing or renewing your relationship. It's not just for wouples, you can use this resource with out your spouse partisipating. I use this book in counseling and have given it to many who found it useful.
