This was wonderful...I remember first hearing Doris Day sing If I Give My Heart To You when I was 10 (in 1943) and fell in love with that voice from that day forward....this radio show is a joy to listen to and I can't wait to hear the 2nd one and more after that!

This is really a great CD. I have always been a huge fan of Doris Day and anything she does, sing, being in the movies is always just the best.
This CD is so great because it is her on the radio with special guest and she talks with them and sings some of her old songs. Doris has the most beautiful voice and can make a song it's own. As I've heard other people describe her voice as liquid gold. If you are thinking of purchasing this, I would give it 5 stars. It's wonderful. I probably have over 50 CD's by Doris and they are so great.

Four Doris Day Show radio episodes,

These four "Doris Day Show" radio episodes from 1952 are delightful examples of comedy and fun between Doris and her guest stars. It is cleverly done, and Doris, of course, is her usual charming, sweet person. She is gracious and friendly and gives praise to all of them for their achievements. I thought the episode featuring Liberace was the most interesting of the four because it showcased his classic piano playing. All four episodes were very upbeat, positive, and very entertaining.
