If you love sensual soulful music, you will enjoy Love Behind The Melody. Raheem Devaughn on his second album takes you on a sexy journey through love, romance and passion. Love Drug is one of the standout songs for me. If you play this for your lover and nothing happens that night, then you are in the wrong relationship. Marathon featuring Floetry is quite a luscious take on a night filled with uninterrupted love making. Woman is a wonderful tribute to the sisters out there who are holding things down. This album is reminiscent of Marvin Gaye and other classic soul artists of the past who knew how to tactfully evoke an erotic aura through lyrical content and seductive melodies. I have to confess I was late getting on the Raheem wagon, but better late than never. If you are in a relationship this record can enhance it and if you are flying solo it can give you some motivation to find that special someone.
