Although the age recommendation showed a minimum of 4-years, my 3-year old immediately fell in love with this book when she got it for Valentine's Day. Although very delicate--because of the pop-up pictures, the verse and intricate pop-ups kept her rapt attention. I'm buying another copy of this wonderful book to replace the one her little brother couldn't keep his hands off. An expensive Valentine, yes--but so worth a little girl's adoration!!

I got this book because my kids also have and like _Bugs in Space_ by David A Carter. We've read _Love Bugs_ 5 times in the hour we've been home from the bookstore! The pop-ups are very well done. My only "complaint" is that it's a little shorter than I expected; it's only 5 pages long. I do recommend it as a cute book for your little Valentine.

The cutest valentine book ever! The pop ups are wonderfully designed and it is a real attention getter! My only complaint is that the book isn't longer!! I would love to see more!

I bought this book for my son this past Valentine's Day. He had gotten Halloween Bugs in October and had enjoyed that one so much I thought I would be good for him to have another.

Since my son is 2 we had to explain to him that you do not pull the flowers out. Once we got past that, he seemed to be content with leaving the pop-ups in the book. When we got finished reading it the first time he demanded that we read it again. Even after the tenth time in a row he did not get tired of it. I find I have to hide it sometimes in order to not have to read it 20 times in the same sitting, but it never gets old watching him enjoy it so much.

I bought this book years ago for my now 9 yr old,. Now my 3 yr old has rediscovered all of Carter's books & loves them. She is a girly girl & is usually afraid of bugs but these bugs are so cute, she loves them. Of course as with most pop-up books,it is short & fragile-not for the very young to play with on their own. But it is a must-have for anyone with kids.

This book is absolutely adorable!!! A very sweet valentine book with fun, colorful pop-ups and a sweet valentine poem!! Such a great book!!!

My two year old daughter loves it! This is our first pop up book. Would like to buy more interesting books like this.

I've been collecting pop-up books for several years now and am trying to purchase as many as I can of David Carter's Buggy Pop-up Books! They are absolutely great for children, so colorful ... but I'm, of course, collecting them for myself. My grandchildren are too old for them so I'm waiting for my great-grandchildren to enjoy them!

This series of 'bug' books is fantastic...my granddaughter just loves them...I continue to buy them for special occasions and just because. Love them...great value...

This book is ALWAYS distracting to my son and keeps him entertained for a few minutes. Wish it was longer!
