Two versions of the song...,

This version of the song I downloaded before I realized how it sounded, and it was different than the one I grew up loving. The sound is more "tinny" than the other version I love, which can be found on an album called Popular Classics Vol.2. I subsequently downloaded the latter version which has a richer, more visceral production quality.

This sounds like it was made in a garage with cheap equipment, this same version by Mercy linked here Love (Can make You Happy) same song, same group, maybe it is remastered but sounds MUCH better.
