4.0 out of 5 stars Good story, but it copies every scene from a movie
This is a great story, but it copies almsot every scene from a movie. Years ago, when I read this book, I liked it a lot. A few years later I saw the movie Sabrina and noticed shoking simililarities.Soon I realized that almost every scene from Sabrina was copied in this book. 3.0 out of 5 stars Interesting, and sweet.
In this book, Gigi and Ethan have been best friends since when they were little. But later, Gigi finds her true love from him. This story is a little sweet love story that warms your heart. I liked this book because it showed me that sometimes friendship can change to love. I personally recommend this book to those of you who's having struggles between friendship and love.

4.0 out of 5 stars Good story, but it copies every scene from a movie, June 24, 2005
This review is from: Love Changes Everything (Love Stories #6) (Paperback)
This is a great story, but it copies almsot every scene from a movie. Years ago, when I read this book, I liked it a lot. A few years later I saw the movie Sabrina and noticed shoking simililarities.Soon I realized that almost every scene from Sabrina was copied in this book. At first it seemed to be a coincidence, but half way into the movie I realized the it was exactly the same as the book- only the character names and ages were changed. It's a very good story, but it's copied. Every scene. Gerolyn's family were servants to Jack's family in the past and she lives right near him. Sabrina's family were servant's to David's, so she lives enar him. In the beginning, Gerolyn sees Jack with his girlfriend. In the beginning, Sabrina sees David with his girlfriend. Gerolyn liked Jack, so she goes to Paris and when she comes back she changes and has a new personality. Sabrina liked David, so she goes to Paris and when she comes back she changes and has a new personality. When Gerolyn was in Paris, she threw away a picture of Jack and dated someone new. When Sabrina was in Paris, she covered a picture of David and dated someone new. Gerolyn and Sabrina return to their homes with new personalities and they become new people. When Jack begins to see Gerolyn in a new light. David begins to see Sabrina in a new light. Jack is popular and has had many girlfriends. David is popular and has had many girlfriends. Jack's brother, Ethan, develops feelings for Gerolyn. David's brother, Linus, develops feelings for Sabrina. Gerolyn and Jack begin to date. Sabrina and David begin to date. When Jack gets into an accident involving soda, Ethan approaches Gerolyn and kisses her. When David gets into an accident with beer, Linus approaches Sabrina and gives her a surprise kiss. When Jack is busy, Ethan takes Gerolyn away and begins to fall for her. When David is busy, Linus takes Sabrina away and develops feelings for her. Ethan tells Gerolyn he wanted to show her that Jack is popular with many girls. Linus wanted to take Sabrina away from David. Both brothers end up together with the girls. The thing is, in the movie Sabrina, David was a very likable character, much different from Jack in this story. The two stories are almost identical. They are good stories, just exactly the same.

This book takes place at Winnetka, Illinois. It's about a girl who goes to Paris and changes her looks and everything. She goes back home, and her crush and she goes out with him. I thought this book was a really good book, because I thought it was romantic and it is interesting.

The girl wants one gorgeous brother. And in the end, gets together with the other brother. I mean, I enjoyed the book, but it's not very original.
