Summer vacation has rolled around once more and Risa and the gang are free from school. Hitting the beach Risa tries to build up her courage to tell Otani that she's in love with him, only to find she's too nervous due to her friends constant watchful eye.
Poor Risa finally tells him, only to find that it doesn't exactly register with Otani. Will Risa ever be able to confess her feelings to him, and have him understand that they are for him and not someone else? This manga will have you laughing out loud, and believe me, you will feel Risa's frustration as you make your way through the pages of this beautifully illustrated manga.
