Very weak,
By A reader (United States) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Love Doesn't Come Easy (Indigo: Sensuous Love Stories) (Paperback)
This book had a very weak plot. Ms. Dickerson tried to make Jennifer have problems with not having family roots therefore she was so sad and frightened that Micheal wouldn't want her. I think Micheal's character should have been a little more forceful. He seemed weak and unsure of himself. The situation with Tawana was kind of stupid. What man would believe that he impregnated a woman that's a known liar. This book just didn't strike any chords. She wrote alot about nothing. Very weak and unrealistic.

The title is catchy enough for those of us who can bare witness that love doesn't come easy. The book itself, Love Doesn't Come Easy by Charlyne Dickerson is a nice story of a woman's mixed feelings about men. She soons realizes that there is hope after all. Jennifer Johnson has those mixed feelings when it comes to men as she Enters Michael Maxwell, an attorney, who is instantly drawn to Michael, who was raised in a large loving family environment Love Doesn't Come Easy by Charlyne Dickerson is a wonderful Reviewed by Kalaani |
