Fabulous Disaster is back in full-length action with former guitarist Lynda Mandolyn now on lead vocals - this may just be the best album the band has yet produced. They're not changing their M.O. - fast, highly melodic rock & roll is still the order of the day (and thank goodness for it). Love At First Fight is distinguished both by the high quality of its songs and the excellence of the instrumentation and vocals. Just try listening to the first track, Such A Stupid Girl, and see if you can manage to get that joyously infectious melody out of your head. You get a full 16 tracks, and the quality does not drop off in the latter sections of the album. Things come to a close with a delightful cover of T. Rex's 20th Century Boy.
HIGHLY recommended.
