Entertaining page-turner!,

This review is from: For the Love of Hatred (Paperback)
I read this whole book in one sitting and I am a very slow reader. I also recommend the CD-ROM version because it has author commentary. It's like a DVD with the director commentary.

Couldn't Put It Down,
By Gilbert March (Anaheim, CA USA) - See all my reviews
This review is from: For the Love of Hatred (Paperback)
I normally take several weeks to read through one book. This one took me only 2 nights. I instantly got wrapped up in the lives of the characters, as if I knew them personally. I think anyone reading this book would do the same. It was well written, in a way to keep you constantly thinking. I enjoyed it so much, I'd like to see a sequel in the future. I would highly recommend it to anyone, but especially to those who have become a little cynical about life (and love), or even a bit jaded. It might be good therapy for them.

An Alternative Drama of Intrique,
By Todd Bronson (Las Vegas, NV) - See all my reviews
This review is from: For the Love of Hatred (Paperback)
In the wake of Mathew Shepard comes a disturbing and loving portrait of gay courage. Courage to not only overcome the physical pressence of prejudice, but the courage to challenge the heart, accepting love into ones life when it is beaten down and silenced. "For the Love of Hatred" is a soul searching love story within the genre of a crime novel. It magnificently combines an intriguing crime drama with a heart affirming tale of love and relationships. Hearts and minds race to a thrilling climatic conclusion that is surprising and intense. If anyone is intriqued with the affairs of the heart, they should read "For the Love of Hatred". It is a beautiful piece of alternative drama and fiction.

By Mark Brandl (Oxnard, CA USA) - See all my reviews
This review is from: For the Love of Hatred (Paperback)
This book was a must read. Once I started reading it, the characters lives and loves made me feel intimately involved with them and intrigued by the plot twists and character developments. This book quickly involved me and I couldn't put it down. The characters ran the gamut of the life experience from gay to straight, clever to dull, hatred to love and all the way in between !

I could not put this book down, reading 3/4 of it the first day and finishing it the second day. The book kept me intrigued, interested and on edge throughout. The book "For the Love of Hatred" is realistic. It allowed me to feel as if I was within the story. It is a heartfelt, tragic, yet sensitive book. I look forward to reading more books by this author.

A rollercoaster ride through emotions,
By Diane (CA) - See all my reviews
This review is from: For the Love of Hatred (Paperback)
I couldn't put it down. I just had to keep turning pages to find out what happened next. I wanted to wrap my arms around those in pain and make it all go away. It is unfathomable the discrimination and hate that goes on in this world. The author truly brought out in the characters the many facets of human life. Extraordinary!!
