Leslie Brannen writes a good book, I enjoyed this one as much as her first story about Cats mother. The book displays very real characters and I felt I knew the make-ups of each individual very well. I however was surprised to find out that this was a sequel to her first book. I am eagerly awaiting the release of the 3rd book and wonder what it holds in store for all those who are now hooked on her. I hope to see many more books by Brannen and hopefully more animal/vet related novels since I can relate to both the animal and veterinary fields. I felt very at home with this book.
