The book is about a boy named Keitaro Urishima.He has a grandmother who's always traveling the world.15 years ago Keitaro had made a promise to a girl he met, but now he doesn't remember the girl's name.His grandmother sent him some mail and told him that he would be the land lord of an all girls dorm. The girls that was there heard about this and didn't like the idea of a boy being the land lord of the dorm. Some of the girls didn't mind the idea, but some was very mad.
