The authoress describes a Tantra based approach and philosophy of love and sexuality and provides exercises - the Love Keys of the title - for exploring and opening to these states. The book is refreshingly straightforward, so the reader is supported in a clear understanding. The main lesson is to slow down and move away from urgency; "ejaculation at 5 seconds or 30 minutes is still premature". There is a strong emphasis on becoming conscious of what works for the individual/s over adherence to rules or rigid formulae, and readers are encouraged to explore the Keys in any order that works for them. There is also a very interesting exposition on energetic polarity and magnetism and how it generally differs between men and women. Everyone can benefit from further education in love and sex and The Love Keys makes an excellent guide for the novice and the experienced alike.

Anyone looking for a deeper and more fulfilling experience of sexuality will be thankful for this delightfully refreshing and down-to-earth guide. It contains none of the complex and contradictory techniques found in other tantra guides and "lovemaking how-tos". The author writes in straightforward, non-titillating terms, from her own experience. The guidelines are simply put and easy to follow, with key reminders at the end of each section. There are no erotic photos used; just simple and clear line-drawings. "The Love Keys" is an excellent starting point those who realize there can be more to love. Forget all those books that rely on stimulation, excitement, special positions and involved exercises. This books is fundamentally about relaxation; something for which we all have the capacity. The best book I've read on the subject.Written in a clear, concise and very refreshing way, it goes straight to the essence of Tantra. It's an exquisite guide to shifting from DOING to BEING in sex and love. Amazing -easy to follow- information that can change your whole approach to sex and love . If you think you're missing something with sex...this book is the answer. If you think you're NOT missing anything...you might be in for a surprise. Basically if you're interested in love this book could be a revelation.

This book is well written. It provides specific suggestions to improve your sex life, but more important, it does a good job of helping us understand beneficial psychological and spiritual attitudes and inclinations. This makes all the difference in the way a whole person experiences not only sex, but the wonder of being alive in the present moment.
