I've been following Steve's work on the computer and was so surprised to see he was doing a pre-order for this particular book. I paid for it right away and it's a coffee table staple for us now. Can't go wrong with Steve Powers.

A beautiful book, a great read ( I really enjoyed Stephen Powers narrative voice) and most importantly a window on how public art can ( and should) involve it's community. This would make great required reading for art and sociology students.
