Reading this book made me realize I'm not alone in how my marriage has changed since the birth of our children. It gave me some ideas of how to help improve things and had chapters dealing specifically with my biggest problems, no time nor energy. I felt this book was worth the time and money I put into it. It helped adjust some of my expectations and remind me of some important facts that I had "forgotten". (Like the fact that I need to take time for myself and renew my self, so that I can give my best to my kids and my marriage.)
