Kanye West "The Innovator"
"Love Lockdown" upon a first listen is an original song. Kanye West has taken rap to new hights, with a mixture of vocal/rap, a heavy bottom and a production that will have the world listening to it for years to come! I highly recommend "808s & Heartbreak". If you enjoy listening to artist like, Jay Z, The Nerds, +++GRAND GRAND GRAND+++, Daff Punk, Radiohead, and Gnarls...

I'mma let you finish
I liked this song when I first heard it, then saw Kanye perform it live on SNL and lost total respect for him. Auto-tune is your friend when you are tone deaf.

When it has came down to Kanye West, he has had a lot to rap about, but unfortunately there always can be a rap song that can feel like it is a bag of mixed tricks. After the upbeat and dominant sounds of Heartless, he has sadly though had a stumble on his latest single from 808's And Heartbreak, Love Lockdown, didn't really feel to me like it had the vibe as was the case was before. I really didn't feel the energy within the way Kanye sang as was before. I do hope though that his next single can feel like it has a lot of in the beats, than leave you feeling a little bit heartbroken.Song: D+ 1,700th Review!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |
