5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent Debut!
A year or so ago I stumbled across the song, "Sacrifice" by Atom Smash on XM Satellite Radio. I liked the song, and bought their 3-song EP. After a couple listens, I kind of forgot about them. Then a couple weeks ago, I saw that their full length debut was coming out on August 31, and began anxiously looking forward to hearing a full album from them...

2.0 out of 5 stars Same ol same ol
Why does every new rock band sound the same ? I can't tell the difference between Hinder, Adelitas Way and this ! And somehow the vocals always reminds me of Nickleback. If rock is to survive, we need more originality, not the same record over and over again.

5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent Debut!, September 1, 2010

A year or so ago I stumbled across the song, "Sacrifice" by Atom Smash on XM Satellite Radio. I liked the song, and bought their 3-song EP. After a couple listens, I kind of forgot about them. Then a couple weeks ago, I saw that their full length debut was coming out on August 31, and began anxiously looking forward to hearing a full album from them.

This morning I downloaded the album, and was blown away by how great it was! I won't be forgetting Atom Smash again!

"Love Is In The Missile" starts out strong, with the rockin' track, "Ashes", and never lets go until the sincere closing ballad, "Shooting Star". Eleven tracks here, and none of them are "skip" songs. I love an album that is excellent from beginning to end, and that is definitely the case here.

After just a couple listens, my favorite tracks are "Do Her Wrong", "Rocker Girl", "Shooting Star", and "Last Call". But I could have pretty much listed every track; the songwriting is that strong. Do yourself a favor, and buy this album now!

And check out this album, Where The Water Rises, by Dead Coyote. I got this album last year, and still cannot stop praising it and recommending it to anyone I can. Great songwriting, and at $7.99, you can't go wrong for over 70 minutes of excellent tunes that run the gamut from rockers to feelgood summer songs to heartfelt ballads. Check it out- you'll be glad you did!

5.0 out of 5 stars AMAZING!!!, November 26, 2010
I was at a hinder concert in great falls mt, taking shots out of the flask, pissing in the urinal next to sergio not knowing he was the lead singer. we exchanged brief words and went on our way. five minutes later he was on stage rocking the best music ive ever heard. im a die hard hinder fan and these dudes stole the show. I bought the album as soon as it came out and literally every song on there is awesome. this is literally my new favorite band. just listen to the song previews and you can tell theyre awesome!

Very good CD. Look forward to much more from these guys. They should break out of Florida and play some dates in Indiana.

5.0 out of 5 stars Love the music, great group of guys, February 18, 2011

First heard this band on Octane when Sacrifice came out and instantly loved it! Love the album and now can't wait for their new one to come out, I have also met this band in person and have to say they are very gracious and down to earth and really care what their fans have to say, to bad more bands weren't like them.

5.0 out of 5 stars Good album, October 31, 2010
This review is from: Love Is In The Missile (Explicit) (Audio CD)
I do not wrote a lot of reviews but is not okay for this good album to have a low valuation for one review of one star. It is a modern hard rock cd but not a teenager, with a singer very efficient and good songs with heavy guitars. I will not make a song by song review but I would recommend it to all hardrockers.I would give it four stars but I give it five because I think the general valuation is fairer

1.0 out of 5 stars Threw up in my mouth, September 27, 2010

Cliche and boring, all the things that make Nickleback so bad this band personifies. Save your money or send it to me instead, you'll be better off than wasting any of your precious time with this rehashed slop.
