I almost feel obligated to knock this down a star or two, just to preserve my own ethics, given that I know Ben. But, nevertheless, I have to say, this is quite an album. I've heard most of these songs in their early days, often with just a solo acoustic guitar, but this album brings a whole new level to these songs. Quite impressive and perhaps the perfect album to get you all warm and fuzzy. At the very least, check out "The Wingman Waltz," which has always been my favorite.

This album goes to show exactly how talented Stockwell is in all aspects of musicianship from lyrics, singing, and creating music. He does a wonderful job of finding a great support group for each and every song to make them just as great as the next one. You can here many different types of sound in his songs from Bruce Springsteen to Billy Bragg to Ryan Adams. I would recommend you pick this CD up and enjoy listening to a reminder of what great music is.

Love it! Very chill acoustic folk with meaningful lyrics, enjoyed hearing him live at his cd release party in Minneapolis.
