My 21 month old daughter loves this book. I checked it out from the library and daddy has read it to her everynight. She sits beside him on the couch and he reads and she nods along to the statements. It is sooooo cute. Sadly it's due to go back to the libray so I will be buying it now!

A great Father's Day gift.

I bought this book for my grandson when he visits overnight. He LOVES it. I believe that he is comforted by the book. It's very simple, but the message is direct, and the illustrations are quite sweet. My grandson's parents often work at night or are in school and clearly he'd rather be with them, but this book is a reminder that even though he's with Grandma, his Mommy and Daddy love him lots.

I Love My Daddy focuses on the many things a father and child do together and celebrates the loving relationship between them. With a single short sentence on each page it is simple enough for the beginning reader and yet profound enough to emphasize and strengthen that relationship. I Love My Daddy is a very highly recommended children's early reader book and great for father and child to sit down and enjoy together.

Nice book, short, and sweet, for beginers... a nice way to keep Dads enthusiasum up!! Would make a great gift for a new Dad.

This is a beautifully illustrated book that would be a sweet gift for the favorite daddy in your life. When my husband saw it he said, "you're such a sap". But then he went ahead and added it to his regular line-up of goodnight books for our little boy. :)

I got this as a father's day present for my 2 year old son for his daddy. We read this book almost every night by my son's request. It shows wonderful ways every daddy can interact with their child. My son talks about this book often and when daddy is at work it helps give him good things to talk about when he misses his daddy. I give this an A++

I bought this for my husband for Father's Day from our 2-year-old son, Logan. They read it together almost every night. The illustrations are so loving and playful-- Daddy Bear and Logan Bear enjoy it thoroughly night after night. Highly recommend.

Then, check out this captivating look at the bond between father and son told in the simplistic dialog of a little bear. With poignant pictures by author/illustrator Sebastien Braun (perfect last name), little "readers" can relate to the love that is shared by the family duo.

This is a perfect "primer" for both the child and the dad that needs to know his role.

A wonderful book that I bought for my husband from our daughter on his first Father's Day. Absolutely beautiful illustrations (oil pastels - vibrant natural colors) and sweet simple story. Not weird or cheesy in any way, like some of the other daddy daughter books. The character child is a bear and could be male or female, so it's perfect whether you have a son or daughter. Highly recommend.

This is a GREAT book. I bought this for my kids as a fathers day present to their dad on fathers day this past year. My daughter is 2 and my son is one and they both LOVE this book. Almost everyday they ask one of us to read it to them. They love the book so much in fact, I'm jealous now, and am thinking of getting the I love my Mommy version. You wont regret buying this book.
