This 1981 second album for Sandi Patty begins with a light contemporary sound. Then, in song four, "So Far" brings a rich lyric of faith followed by the haunting "When the Time Comes." After a rollicking duet with Russ Taff, "Home of the Lord," the jazzy "Somebody Believed" gives a glimpse of the terrific stage presence of the Sandi Patty concerts. When "We Shall Behold Him" arrives, we come to the signature song for Sandi Patty with a soaring statement of faith in the soon coming Beatific Vision. In this album Sandi Patty finds the direction for her musical journey.
