2011 two CD release from this Alt-Rock quartet led by Blink 182's Tom DeLonge. Love Part Two, the band's fourth studio album, is being released alongside the release of the critically-acclaimed independent film, Love. In addition to his frontman duties, DeLonge was also executive producer of the accompanying feature film. As part of the band's vision for crossing over into different mediums, AVA also created the soundtrack for the film. Fans will have a variety of choices when they want to step into AVA's world, with a package that includes both Love and Love Part Two albums.

Two CD's, one DVD, hours of non-stop LOVE. The first CD, Love Part One,
shares eleven songs of what pure emotions and the desire to have love
are all about; each song containing more and more power than the next.
The second CD, Love Part Two, containing another collection of eleven
songs, begins and ends on the note of being together with what you
believe is that four letter word, love. From these two CD's, even a
Tom Delonge hater could agree that Tom Delonge knows more about love
than anyone in the world. The movie is a great Indie Film, but only,
AND ONLY, if you listen to all of Angels And Airwaves' music. Though
the albums I-Empire and We Don't Need to Whisper have no direct
connection to the movie Love, (other than the fact that Love was
originally entitled I-Empire)they still show the views of what the
emotion is all about. It's about a cheating girlfriend, a dying
child, the twin towers falling and people reacting to it, people
needing a distraction of tragedy. All that Tom speaks, it what
helps shape this movie, and makes it quite an impressive film,
especially with such a small budget ($500,000). Overall, 5/5 stars.
The film is great, the twenty two included songs are breath taking,
and it is a must have for any Blink 182, Boxcar Racer, or Angels and Airwaves fan.

Although I had already downloaded the original LOVE album for free a while ago, I can safely say that I was incredibly pleased with the quality of the songs on LOVE Part Two after not knowing what to expect. I haven't even watched the LOVE movie it came with yet and I am excited to see how well it turned out. I recommend this package for any true AVA fan, for it is a bargain find for something with 2+ discs, a DVD, and even a poster, not to mention that it contains quite possibly the best underrated music one can find today.

Love Part 1 & 2 and the movie are just pure epicness. I downloaded Love 1 the day it was available, valentines 2010 and am a huge fan of that album, and after listening to Love part 2 a few times from beginning to end, I can already tell Love 2 is better. Love 1 was an instant classic, and Love 2 takes a while to grow on you, but the songs overall imo are bigger and grander in an emotional sense and have a certain youthfulness to them that Love 1 didn't have as much. Which is a smart idea to have "Love", in every sense of the word, stay young. For example, your heart should never grow old and should stay young and pure, no matter how old you are, which is a clever concept and revelation coveyed on both albums but more on part two.

If you're like me, some of these songs will instantly be some of your favorite songs from AVA, from what I've heard and read it's arguably their best album! I just decided to give my top 5 highlights from each album then to rate every song because I would give almost all of them 10/10 Now onto the movie, it's pretty much my favorite movie ever. The most meaningful and visually beautiful for sure that I've seen. I went to the Santa Barabara film festival a few times to see it and had the pleasure of talking to William Eubank. And I actually met him in Ventura at Barnes & Noble a few weeks ago lol, I live 10 minutes from Ventura, he was just grabbing some coffee and I had the pleasure of talking to him again, super cool guy, I know he has a great career ahead of him. The movie is just incredible, and very, very meaningful and insightful and can give people a different view point about life and love. I can go on forever about the two albums and the movie, the meaning of it all is just so grand that I can't convey it. There truely is no band quite like ANGELS & AIRWAVES. They are the best. I give Love Part 1 & Love Part 2 and Love movie 5000000000/10
