Author Arleen Lorrance has written a uniquely inspiring book that is sure to lead any man or woman towards a greater capacity to transform disempowering experiences. The book succeeds in pointing to individual change at the level of consciousness. The choice to change at this root level is always available to each of us, regardless of what is or what isn't happening in our outer lives. Lorrance writes in an upbeat tone about many of the rougher moments in her own life as a teacher in an impoverished high school in Brooklyn, NY. She describes several despairing events that all changed for the better when she sustained an unwavering intent to be proactive in offering unconditionally loving thoughts, words, and deeds to the people she interacted with.

By taking responsibility for being the agent of change in her life, she became a powerful conduit of love that helped to create positive changes in her life as well as in the lives of so many people whom she touched.
