a couple of short remixes...., April 16, 2007

The CD singles for Hilary's first huge Billboard dance hit have been a big disappointment. The other CD single has the Richard Vission mix, and while he is a major remixer to look out for when it comes to modern electro house mixes, on his mix of Hilary, he left out ALL the vocals except for the continuous repetition of the line "do it with love". Huge let down from such a great remixer--the remix comes off as quite lazy.
On THIS single, you get the original mix of With Love, and a very commercial house version, which is a nice mix, but sounds sort of dated--and clocks in at only 2 minutes and 52 seconds!
Finally, there is a hip hop style remix of the song Play With Fire, which is pretty good.
