This may actually be my favorite Al Green album, and I'm a huge fan of his classic Willie Mitchell period. Many of the songs sound almost like demos, Al sounds relaxed and having fun, and the emphasis comes through on the vocals. This could come out today and sound modern. Highly recommended.

I like it. Its definitely different from his classics but I get tired of hearing those sometimes but never tired of Al Green. So its a nice addition to my collection.
