Review

Fiction - Fantasy - Reviewed by ReadersFavorite.com Rated Five Stars I suspect the author will be pleased that she had me guessing and analyzing this much. Frankie Mae s obsession for Jackson makes the most plausible part of this plot. Carol Mitchell is a talented author and her characters are very life-like. Remember the name Carol Denise Mitchell. --ReadersFavorite.com

5.0 out of 5 stars Exceptional Book, September 4, 2011
This review is from: The Love He Saved (Paperback)
C Hodgkiss of England wrote: "Just wanted to say how much I loved reading "The Love He Saved" I laughed and cried when reading it and could picture the scenes."

Michael Jackson would have been proud of Carol Denise Mitchell's book for introducing a loving side of Jackson that few of his fans ever experienced with the musical genius. Frankie Mae Tyson was in it for love and for twenty-five years it never changes. Gone was the money, fame and fanfare, for Frankie Mae it was all about loving a man who relished his clandestine affair with a woman who hid their love in the comfortable auspices of the ghetto. This fun book has Michael Jackson wearing disguises just to see his secret love interest win a "Security Guard" of the month award. It's touching, riveting and caring.

Just like Charlotte Hodgkiss, fans around the world loved Michael Jackson in Carol Denise Mitchell's "The Love He Saved."

Many will be surprised to see how younger dancers would actually quit during rehearsals for not being able to keep in step with the King of Pop. This book will have you laughing, crying and wishing perhaps Frankie Mae had been a real figure; a welcome respite, in the real life of an entertainer that deserved Frankie Mae's kind of real, true love. Enjoy!

5.0 out of 5 stars Carol Denise Mitchell is genius personified!, December 18, 2009
This review is from: The Love He Saved (Paperback)
The Love He Saved is a splendid read. The main character, Frankie Mae is a passionate woman who will literally stop at nothing to firmly cement the loving relationship that no one else said would last! Unlike today's gold diggers, Frankie Mae takes a firm grasp on the man who is only hers, in a genuine, but unorthodox fashion! An excellent, phenomenal example of triumph and love in an uncoventional platform! A true must read and an exploratory page turner!
