Love (and Relationships) as a Somatic Process,
By Cindy Marteney "Executive Leadership Coach" (Salt Lake City, UT United States) - See all my reviews (REAL NAME)
This review is from: Love: A Somatic View (Clinical Education in Somatic Process) (Paperback)
Stanley Keleman describes the four stages of love and the three basic body structures (ectomorphs, mesomorphs, endomorphs) and how each type asks different questions, is present to the world in different ways, and thus gives, receives, and cooperates in different ways.
A mere 89 pages, it's a good introduction to some basic somatic distinctions (e.g., how rigid and collapsed body structures are formed) and how the patterns in our bodies directly affect our relationships.
