I absolutely love all of Jamie's work. This book is the follow up to the first collection of Love The Way You Love Volume 1: Side A (v. 1). It's the story of a local-trying-to-make-it front man who falls for a girl who happens to be involved with a label rep. He's completely infatuated, totally driven by emotions but she doesn't know what she wants. It's full of awesome band references (and even comes with sort-of soundtrack notes) and the artwork is great. If you have read one of Jamie's other books, The Everlasting, you'll discover the main character of this series is the brother to the main character in that book. Great cross-over! If you are a fan of Scott Pilgrim, give this a look- it's from the same publisher. Guys, if you want your girl to get into comics, start her off with this (well this and Vol 1). She'll be hooked.
