Heard these Boys,
By J.M. Harrison "JMH" (Pacific NW) - See all my reviews

I heard these boys on NPR and was very impressed. The song, SUN'S WORK UNDONE just tore me up, as I think it would anyone with a family, with children. Just amazing acoustical work. Hope we can see and hear more from these gentlemen!

yeah, it's real, real good . . .,

Put this album on your ears, you won't be disappointed. "Sun's Work Undone" and "Alabama Shamrock" are masterpieces in their own right, but can't begin to define this album or these "boys" . . . .

Saw them play at this year's Appalachian Uprising in Scottown Ohio. They were excellent musically and visually entertaining as well.
And the Appalachian Uprising is three days of great music, good food, fun crowds, camping in a beautiful farm valley in the middle of nowhere, great laid back surroundings and people, camping, moonshine, etc, etc. [...]. Hope we have the pleasure of seeing these guys there again next year.

This is a great album, and their live shows are even better. If you have a chance to see them in concert, you will be well entertained. They travel mostly in the southeast US but are playing more throughout the US and Europe.
