I expected a much raunchier and repetative album. Blank's singing voice is good and Leaving You Behind is s beautiful and completely unexpected track, considering her nasty-girl antics with Spank Rock. it will be stuck in my head for days.

Not sure i love the Make Up Song, but the rest of the album seems pretty good.

Lots of variety! She can write, rap and sing. She can rap at Mach 2, but this also showcases her singing voice. My favorites are Shame on Me and Leaving you behind, but I also really liked the slower rap LLCoolJ adaptation (so sue me, I like old school!).

I know with the way that the pop industry sucks these days we will not be hearing Amanda Blank on top 40 radio anytime soon. That being said, maybe we don't need to. Download this little bag of tricks in to your ipod and get ready for a funky uptempo fiesta of rymes Blank stlye yo. This album gives a new twist with reverant shout outs to oldies but goodies. Perfect vibe wherever you're going. Not bad to dance to either.

I'm not typically a fan of female rappers but I really like this album. Amanda Blank is raw, rough & in your face.

As some other reviewers wrote, coming from a very talented but at the same time very hyped hip-hop talent, this is a good but not-as-excellent-as -it-should have-been debut. There are some great things here: here voice is great but the music at time lacks the kind of attack and bite that one would expect from this kind of artist. She can and will do better next time.

when i bought this album i thought it was gunna be full of hyped up clever rhymes that i had heard on songs like "bump" "loose" and "blow" but its just a mediocre hiphop/pop album. Im not mad im just disappointed.

as a DJ, i've dropped the song "might like you better" on the floor only three times, but i can see it being a regular in my sets for a long time. i play it and the dance floor just gets filthy and people come up asking "who is this?" i say Amanda blank and they say "Amanda who?"...well they'll know soon enough. the rest of the album is a solid listen ranging in musical genres. its fun to bump in the car too. i'm hooked.

I love this album. It has a lot of variety. Guest Spots from Santigold and Lyyke Li.
An album you could bring to a party with you or getting ready for a date.
She's brings some dirty lyrics,energy,and a LL Cool J spin.

COME ON MAN!!! NO SKILLS RAP WISE!!! She can sing lil' but she is all hype... Listen everyone, there is new female rapper out there that is phenom...Her Name is MEDA and she is in a group called Natural Habitz...Check 'em out on myspace before you listen to this cd and then see what I mean.... Amanda Blank is a JOKE
