5.0 out of 5 stars All-Star authors put together All-Star book. SUPERB!!
I have read the book--well, the tests several times. I share it with friends and we all find the tests amusingly clever ways to peer inside our relationships. This book and presenting the tests is so much fun. Test is a bad word but not in this case. W-O-N-D-E-R-F-U-L!!!

1.0 out of 5 stars Boring, unromantic, difficult to get my partner involved
I had hoped to find intriguing and insightful veiws to improve the quality of my relationship, but found the exercises overly acadamic and devoid of romance. Hendrix's The Couple's Companion was great, and Waldman's two books, THE ART OF STAYING TOGETHER, and LOVE GAMES (I got to see a prepublication proof - it won't be in the bookstores till January 2000) were even...

5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent Reading; A Pleasure!, May 10, 2000

This is a book that I really enjoyed reading. The tests were fun and thought provoking. Ginger and I do belong together according to many of these tests. Thanks. This little lightsided reading should be required reading before getting married along with C.S.Lewis' "The Four Loves."

5.0 out of 5 stars These tests are fun and pretty accurate, October 19, 1999

My wife and I liked these tests. It was just a whim to take them but the gist of all of them says we made a good choice to hang out together and the tests areas that said no give us some areas to think about. It was fun too! Thanks to the editors!

5.0 out of 5 stars Fun, June 24, 1999

My girlfriend and I took only a few of the tests that looked interesting from the table of contents. Little did we know it would turn into an in depth look from the both of us, for most of the book. Thank you for producing such a fun learning experience for the both of us. Excellent work! Virginia, you will always be in my thoughts--P.S. I know Neil is looking down on all of us. Thank You-Dan

5.0 out of 5 stars Great for a lazy day with one's lover, November 1, 1998
This review is from: Love test: romance and relationship self-quizzes developed by psychologi (Paperback)
This is a compilation of several tests on how one's relationship is going. My wife and I fortunately did well and the test results were surprizingly pretty accurate. We had fun and (sorry authors) have loaned the book to several friends who all loved it too. The tests are broken in to different types and can be taken separately. We started out taking the book with us to a coffee shop and while waiting for a performer took one of the tests. It is a fun book!! The results that unmarried friends shared with me seemed true to those of us outside of their relationships. They are all together still 4 months after reading.

5.0 out of 5 stars Get a Life Bob, January 4, 2001

Although I haven't yet purchased this book I did read the reviews and couldn't resist this response. Bob in the cellar also has no life! Books and other collections of literature are written for all to gain from intellectually without viciously destroying anothers opinion or advice! From reading the other reviews I believe that this book will be useful since I'm not perfect, at least I don't think so! I will be buying the book. Get a life Bob! dpont@socal.rr.com
