Has anyone seen her disco stick?,

Lovegame is the latest in irresistibly catchy yet lyrically dim-witted singles from Lady Gaga. There's nothing deep or meaningful to be found here, but if you want to break loose and have some fun for about 20 minutes, then I would suggest getting this ultra-stylish 6-track maxi-single.First you'll find the album version, instrumental, and acapella versions, which don't really require further description. The first real remix is the Dave Aude Radio Edit, which I would say is the best of the bunch. The vocals are sped up just a bit and the beat is more danceable and techno than the original. This is followed by the bizarre Space Cowboy mix, which is slightly disappointing because it's actually a dub mix. All it consists of is Gaga asking us over and over again if anyone has seen her disco stick, and a few lines are even played backwards. Not my cup of tea, but fans will probably be glad to have it. And finally there is the Robots To Mars Mix, which turns the song into a mid-tempo guitar number, which also strikes me as awkward since the words and the beat don't really match up. Overall it seems Lovegame was kind of a difficult song to remix since the original is so distinctively structured, and none of these remixes are particularly brilliant. I think the Dave Aude mix is the only version that I'd want to listen to over and over again. I also feel like my money would have been better spent had this single included longer versions and not just radio edits. Like I said earlier, the 6 tracks barely break 20 minutes total. I'm glad I have it, don't get me wrong, it's still pretty fun. But as far as maxi-singles go I think her Poker Face release was far superior and had more bang for the buck.

This Lady is a Hit,

Lady Gaga's Lovegame has been played on the radio, on MTV, and has tired itself out of mainstream music. But fans can relive the fun and excitement in this release of remixes! The first three tracks are the original, a cappella, and instrumental. But the last three are remixes. Space Cowboy is my favorite in particular since she played it at her live The Fame Ball tour. This is a hard to find track, but now it's availible here to own! The other two are good as well. Don't expect any pictures of Gaga inside the cover, because there are none. It's just a single piece of paper... Overall, this was a well done effort from Gaga!
