I am a person who is trying to learn how to make a knife. That's a pretty basic starting point. This is a very unprofessional video (poor quality) that shows you about half of what they are describing. The very point of buying the video is to be able to "see" how to do something. They certainly step through all the phases and throw out a bunch of words that I've never heard so that I know that they know what they are talking about. The problem is that "I" don't know what they are talking about. They only shoot close-ups about 1/2 the time, and they don't bother explaining some of the more basic concepts. I guess if you already know a decent amount about making knives, then this video might rank a 3, but it's still a poor quality taping. Buy a book - you'll get almost the same experience.
