the concept is awesome im a big believer! But dont pay 120$ when all you have to do is google what im about to say. heres the same info forfree. all this plan is trying ton teach you is
1. eat every 3-4 hrs.
2. very time you eat, combine a carb, a protein, a healthy fat&a fruit or veggie. like i said there are lists all over the internet that list whuich foods fit in which category.

I have recently purchased this program and I am very pleased with the results so far. I am on day 8 of the 21 day metabolism makeover and I've lost 4 lbs in 7 days! Even though it recommends waiting until the last day to weigh, the suspense of measuring my progress got the best of me. Basically, you can eat what you want in moderation as long as you're mindful of portion sizes. I don't feel deprived or hungry, ever! I'm eating about every 3 hours up until 1 hour before bed plus I'm able to enjoy my favorite foods. I'm hoping to lose more weight once I incorporate exercise but I think this is a great starting point on my weight loss journey. I would buy this program again because I feel like it's well worth the money. I've read lots of negative reviews about it and wonder if the people writing them have even tried the program. I know everyone's body is different but the science behind it should work for everyone. The idea of speeding up your metabolism by eating smaller meals more often plus pairing foods in a way that maximizes fat burning actually does work! The old myths about carbs being bad if you're trying to lose weight or you have to starve yourself or you have to give up all the foods you love is ridiculous! I've found a system of eating that not only keeps me satisfied but also doesn't make me feel like I'm giving up anything I like to eat. If you're skeptical like I was, give it a try! You won't be sorry!

I like everyone else have done pretty much every diet there is. I'm even a Weight Watcher's lifetime member of over 20 years. The thing is, I'm in my mid 50's and I now realize that with WW's it's not just about points. I now know that it's alot harder now to lose any weight and it's not just about losing weight. It's about eating healthy foods and retaining muscle, but not gaining in the process of aging.

This program was almost overwhelming when I got the program. There was alot of information. Best thing to do is open it up and do exactly what they say...use the "Start Here First" dvd. IF you just following along, it isn't bad at all. There is a series of dvd's that are around 10- 15 mins that I just listened to when I was getting ready for work every morning. The dvd's actually reinforces and answers questions to the daily planner book. It's not hard either to following the planner. It's basically a daily bit of information and some checkoff's of things like drinking water and whatever they ask you to change.

Let's see... I'm past the 21 days program and am very happy after many months of not losing any pounds or inches actually seeing some results. A little is great for me. I found the program is very easy to follow and I really like that I don't have to count points or calories. I did count calories in the beginning because I was sceptical at first that I wouldn't gain weight. I finally got to where I figured I wasn't going to be any worse off than I was when I started.

I was surprise that by just combining protein, slow carbs and fast carbs that I could lose weight. I used to read about plans which were like 50%- 25% - 25% plans and had a hard time understanding how to do that.

This program does work. I have been either over weight or obese most of my life. I ordered the program. I was overwhelmed when I got all the info. I picked up the book and started with page one. And guess what. All the information was there and it was easy to follow. This isn't a quick fix. It not only tells you what to do but explains why you are doing it. How much easier can it be when it tells you what to do on the first day and then what to do on the second day and so on. Don't let the negative reviews stop you. If you read them closely, the people who had a bad experience didn't read the info and didn't give it a chance to work for them. When I started the program I weighed 215 lbs. I used it and it became easier and easier every day. I read labels and think about what I eat now. I lost 65 lbs. I lost an average of 10 to 12 lbs a month without being hungry or deprived. I feel good. I have energy. I eat right and I can't say enough good things about the program. Get it, read it, try it and you will be satisfied with your results. This really does work and unlike other restrictive programs, you can do this for life and never regret the changes! If you are looking for a starvation diet or a diet that makes you cut out entire food groups or a pill in a bottle that will melt your weight away in one night, then this is not the program for you. If you want to find something that works and makes you feel good then order this today. By the way, I have kept the weight off for 2 1/2 years. I have never been able to do that before.
