From the Publisher

Based on over a decade of research, Dr. Les Parrott shows us how to build healthier relationships by dealing with an invisible handicap: guilt. In addition to clarifying the crucial difference between false guilt and true guilt, Dr. Parrott identifies the four relationship styles-- Pleasers, Controllers, Withholders, and Lovers--and how they each affect all the relationships in our lives.

This review is from: Love's Unseen Enemy: How to Overcome Guilt to Build Healthy Relationships (Mass Market Paperback)
I knew it was cheap but said it was in good condition. It was ripped in a few places, yellowed pages, crumpled up looking and not very pleasing to the eye to motivate reading. But have read some and it is what it is.
