This is a beautiful book of poetry... All
written from the heart... a must read.
You would also love to read the biography that
John Peter Davis has written... To get the most out of
his wonderful poetry you really should read his
biography... I have read it 3 times now and still
learn new things each time. They only have 5 stars
but I would give it a 10 if they had them.

Love's Wall,a book of poetry, is a companion book to the novel Brick Wall both by the author John Peter Davis. Although a companion book Love's Wall stands on its own merits as one of the most enjoyable books of poetry I have read. The author leads you into each section making you more aware that these poems have come from his heart where you are taken aback by the sheer honesty, simplicity and beauty of the poems. It is an emotional journey and one you will be delighted you shared. I especially enjoyed 'If Only' and without reservation recommend this book..Along with Brick Wall it would make an ideal Christmas Present

the poems in loves wall. captivating, memory popers. right in the middle of what he is writing about.. been there,done that; type of feeling as i read each one without stopping....

Love's Wall is one of the best poetry books that I have read. The poems relate to everyday life and love. The poetry takes you to a time and place where you have felt the exact same emotions. John Peter Davis has a way of capturing your attention and grabbing your heart. The simplistic yet sincere approach will hold you captive from start to finish. The book makes an excellent lasting present to anyone who has ever experienced love. Only being able to give this book a five star seems insufficient. I anxiously await another book from this excellent author. Truly a must have!

I think this is an awesome book as do all who have read it. I am of course biased because I am the author, but I also appreciate great work when I read it. The poems are powerful to read & I will explain why - March 2009, a woman purchased my books. We ended up starting a correspondence online and in March 2010 we were married on the 1 year anniversary of our meeting.
