You will love evry minute of it ! You can't go wrong here. Few songs can get you going like the title track. Steal The Thunder rocks as does FRIDAY NIGHT. There is not a weak song on this album.

Loverboy's fourth album in 1985 produced two top ten hits LOVIN' EVERY MINUTE OF IT and THIS COULD BE THE NIGHT and minor hits LEAD A DOUBLE LIFE and DANGEROUS.

This album well saps the core of the 80s American pop and hard rock during mid 80s and could be the memorable piece of work countering well with Survivor's Vital Signs, Starship's Knee Deep In A Hoopla, Heart and Slippery When Wet by Bon Jovi. Huge influence from the bands they toured with during their American live tours during the past enabled them to keep the track of what is hot in American rock then.

LOVING EVERY MINUTE OF IT the title track penned by Mutt Lunge is such a cutting-edge rock hit tracks. STEAL THE THUNDER is a heavyset mid tempo rock track again hottest one during mid 80s. Fourth track THIS COULD BE THE NIGHT is collaborated with Jonathan Cain of Journey another fruit of joint-tour collaboration. This ballad shows well the appeal of Mike Reno's mellow voice probably the extention of ALMOST PARADISE in FOOTLOOSE soundtrack in 1984. Loverboy made another successful appearance in Heaven In Your Eyes in TOP GUN soundtrack. LEAD A DOUBLE LIFE is a techno-pop track reminding me of their earlier hits. DANGEROUS is well-hooked masterpiece track which became a minor US hit.

Verdict: Canadian rocker strives to be the best one in America. Well-done work
Rating: 90 out of 100
Recommended for: Survivor, Journey, Foreigner and mid 80s pop rock fans.
