The living room set really doesn't have a lot to play with. The pieces are cute, but there isn't much you can do with a fireplace and recliner. Some of the other rooms have more interesting furnishings that encourage more activity and creativity.

MY LITTLE GIRL GOT THE LOVING FAMILY DOLL HOUSE FOR CHRISTMAS, ALONG WITH ALL THE FURNITURE. SHE LOVES TO PLAY WITH IT BUT WE WENT OUT AND BOUGHT ALL THE FURNITURE TO GO WITH IT, THAT IS NOT NECESSARY! MOST OF THE FURNITURE WILL NOT GO IN THE DOLL HOUSE. IT IS JUST TO MUCH. DO NOT BUY THE DINNING ROOM TABLE IT COMES WITH ONE AND THE BABYS ROOM COMES WITH A CRADLE. LIKE I SAID MY LITTLE GIRL LOVES ALL THE STUFF BUT IT WILL NOT ALL FIT IN THE HOUSE, IT IS A WASTE OF MONEY

Don't buy this set if you are furnishing the Classic Doll house. The room is too small for everything included and already includes a built in fireplace.
