I have read other Sondra Ray books and this one is the best... My husband and I were ready to divorce, A friend suggested this book, by the time we finished reading it we had a better perspective on the things we were doing every day to damage our own relationship and were able to get back on track. I recomend this book for anyone because it can improve even the best relationship.

An oldie, but a goodie! Loving Relationships I puts into words many things that I have contemplated myself - my reactions and responses to many things and to many people in my life. A little Freudian in her approach to relationships, she talks about every relationship we have now, be it with employers, employees, life partners, etcetera, and how we have created those relationships in order to heal different aspects of our relationships with our parents (and siblings). Loving Relationships II is even better! Addressing both the past and present, it gives us a tangible understanding of how to deal with and resolve conflict within our lives. A definite breath of fresh air, the book gives us permission to be ourselves, and to not take things so personally when dealing with adversity. After reading this book, I wanted to love myself and others more. Thank you, Sondra!
