The first 15 minutes or so of this video is probably the best explanation and descrption of the g-spot I have found because it has animated drawings and description using a real woman on video not just a still picture. Her g spot can be seen so you know exactly what and where it is and what it looks like. Then a woman is shown finding her own g spot. The rest of the dvd is people having sex; about half of them are kind of weird looking. I could have done without all of that. For me it cast a negative pall over the dvd; not to mention deborah sundhal who is a lesbian who used to be at the helm of On Our Backs magazine. She does know about the g spot though. I just wish this had come from a better source.

One of the major benefits of watching this was that I learned more about my g-spot, where it is, what it looks like, and how to stimulate it than any other source I've studied. It really boosted my confidence in that area. One of the most frustrating aspects of the DVD is that once you get to the section dedicated to helping you ejaculate, she goes on for about 2 minutes with instructions and video of women bringing themselves to ejaculation, then comes on the screen and says in a very perky voice "Congratulations, you have ejaculated!" Uh, no I didn't. At least, not yet. The DVD moves on from there so I had to keep pushing the "skip back" button on my remote because hearing her instructions combined with the visuals of women actually ejaculating were very arousing but it quickly grew into frustration when after more than half an hour I could not bring myself to ejaculation so I just gave myself a regular orgasm and gave up. Another negative is that some of the couples on this DVD are so freaking weird, into "feminine worship" stuff, and that was a total turnoff for me. A few of them were very hot though, and I felt blessed to be invited into their bedrooms to watch their most intimate connections so that I might learn more about myself and what pleases me. I thoroughly enjoy watching married couples enjoy themselves and each other much more than porn actors just doing a job to get paid. Another thing about this DVD is that there just wasn't enough squirting. A lot of sex, but not nearly enough squirting. So, thanks to the DVD for 15 minutes of useful instruction, as I continue on my quest to experience "squirting".

Everything is told and shown. They show also the involved parts of the vulva of a real woman. The picture quality is sufficient, but could be better.
