We have found great success with this video in rehabilitating patients that have been injured due to a car accident, a slip or fall or a job related injury. The Low Back Pain Intermediate Exercise Video was used after the acute pain subsided in order to promote mobility and prevent adhesions. It was also used by less agile patients to maintain mobility of their joints on a preventive basis. When the patients could do the Intermediate Exercise Video with only mild difficulty, they were given the Low Back Pain Advanced Exercises video. The Low Back Pain Strengthening Video Exercises were given to patients to do indefinately to prevent further injury, and part of an anti-aging program to help keep their backs strong and joints well lubricated so they could maintain mobility and activity which enhanced their quality of life.
