The advice in this book is very practical, and it has helped me to understand and take care of my problems. I found the section on why many people with this problem like to drink alchohol, and how emotional stress caused by being a "civilized man" can trigger problems especially useful. It forces you to think about what triggers your problems, your job, your spouse etc. The section on nutrition and exercise is also very practical. It is not the usual fluff found in other books.

Hypoglycemia is the most under diagnosed or misdagnosed condition today, because the symptoms sre so varied, and there is no money in it. The result is that that only the symptoms are treated. Years ago, I used to buy six at a time to give to friends. Excellent book; it can be read in one sitting. A simple way to diagnose it your self.

I bought this for my mother-in-law and she says it is great. Everything you ever want to know about low blood sugar! Great price too!!
