The recipes in this book are healthy, fast, easy and delicious. A variety of all kinds of foods. I have not tasted a recipe in it that I haven't liked. I know a lot of people that want to buy it. I have been collecting cookbooks for years. I love to cook. This is the BEST ever.

Part of my problems with cooking light has been trying to get my 3 children (ages 16, 7 & 6) to eat light also. I have used this cookbook for years now, and some of my children's most often requested meals are from this cookbook. Every category is covered, the recipes are easy to prepare, and the recipes are not filled with weird ingredients that you can't find anywhere. Even if it wasn't a "light cooking" cookbook, I would still say this is a "must buy" for every household.

I borrowed a copy of this from my secretary and then had to get my own copy. The food is so good, you don't realize that you're eating healthy! I have yet to find a recipe that hasn't turned out to be very delicious in the book. I highly recommend it.
