In my home, my husband is the gourmet cook, not me. I just watch shows like Top Chef and Chopped! But, after reading the recipes in this book, having healthy, delicious meals that are presented well seem like something attainable for me.

The recipes in this book are created by gourmet chefs and nutrition experts, but I still wondered how I could have pork chops AND blue cheese in one dish! The key is in serving size. This is gourmet, not The Cheesecake Factory!

Seriously, this book has something for every palate. Options for fish, pasta, pork... there is even a seafood lasagna. There are so many ways to complement these dishes with recipes from 50 Shades of Avocados: 50 Simple, Healthy & Delicious Avocado Recipes For Awesome Meals, which features one of my favorite foods. I can't wait to dig in and see what I can surprise my husband with!
