Flat-out brilliance,

Easily the best, most interesting trance cd I have. It is one trance cd that really seems like a cohesive piece of music, giving the feel that the better rock/pop albums do. "Peace Fixation", as far as I'm concerned, could be the crowning achievement of electronica. It has so much going on in perfect balance you can practically analyze theme development in it. Since getting this I've been trying to find another cd like it, but nothing has matched up. The followup to this, called Blacklight Fantasy, is good but moves in a different direction-much less psychedelic trance. So if you're reading, Mr. Bentley, if you have any outtakes from the "Lowdown" period, please put them out!!

Amazingly trippy and atmospheric. A perfect continuous beat that will have all your chakras quaking. Beware if you listen while driving!Absolutely the best disk he has released!

This was a pleasant suprise when I bought the cd from a tip from my sister. Here are simple instructions for enjoyment. 1. Insert Disk 2. Pour a nice glass of wine 3. Find your favorite chair 4. Sit back and enjoy

One of the best works of electronic music from the 90's. Organic, innovative, relevant, brilliant. Still holds up to this day. When I first heard it when it was released, it didn't sound like anything else out there and still doesn't. Definitely gets better with multiple listenings. There is so much going on and the programming is sublime. Highly recommended to fans of trance.
