A nice look into Low,

Good interviews, great performances. A little too short for my taste, I would have liked more music, thus 4 instead of 5 stars. Though the radio show in the extras helps. Oh and I do enjoy the super 8 footage of a European winter. Very nice.

This isn't a bad DVD, but in terms of a documentary you really don't get anything here that you don't already get from the three films in Low's "Lifetime of Temporary Relief" box set. Indeed, those films are probably more interesting than this one.
What really disappointed me is that all of the concert performances on this DVD are cut short. You only see the band playing one or two minutes of a song, and then the film cuts away to something else. I've never had the pleasure of seeing Low live in person, so I really wish the director hadn't edited the performances down. If you are a hardcore Low fan, then you'll probably want to buy this. If you're not a huge fan, then don't bother.

Feeling Low...,

This is a great look into the band while it toured Europe for the Trust album. Yes, some of the performances are cut off, but overall, I think it feels the way the music does... grainy, black & white, droll, low-key. It is hazy and beautiful.
