Thanks - tried the instructions above and they did not work. IOGear just told me that my keyboard was likely defective and are going to send me a replacement.

Same problem here - reset didn't work -- keyboard just dead after 3 days of use

Mine works for months even with the low battery light flashing occasionally. So if you have the low battery light AND it doesn't work, it's probably broken.

Yep. Certainly defective. Amazon will take care of it. Don't despair, it's worth the effort. This is the weapon of choice for a home theater setup. I have tried all of the competitors and no-one comes close to this keyboard.
