Fits my 17" Dell Studio, which has a 16x10 screen ratio, so it may not be as "wide" as a 16x9 widescreen computer.Overall I am pleased, considering the price. Materials good quality. Latches all look sturdy to me. Hangs awkwardly when carried. Minimal storage space, but enough for AC adapter (if you loosen the strap). I wouldn't carry small things (jump drives) in it because there are no zippers. Specs from tag say: Inner Dimensions are 16.1"W x 2"D x 10.8"H. Weight: 1.3 lbs

Big enough for my oversized 17" laptop, charger, and tablet. I like that it's slightly waterproof, because I'm often running around outside even when it's raining. I haven't had any problem with this bag yet, and it's been a year and some change.

Not too bad for the price we paid. Overall is an good bag. However I was not impressed with the plastic clips and rings that attach the bag's strap. Seems like they could break easily. Also, the straps are not attached directly to the bag but onto little flaps; so the bag sometimes wants to hang weird. There is not a whole lot of room for extra stuff, but it's also not too bulky. Looks nice. Good colors and style for a causal bag. Material seems durable.
